Hot-seat coaching where two or three founders get sharpened on the week's deliverable in front of the group.

Community practice

A structured prompt in the community of practice — post your work, respond to peers, and keep momentum.

Week 00 — Base camp

Pull Up a Chair

Orientation and setup. You learn how the program works, meet your cohort, set up the community of practice and your accountability tracker, and post your founder profile and venture snapshot. The four pillars — entrepreneur, venture, community, bridge — get framed here.

Week 01

Building in an Age of Disruption

Why this venture, why now. You name the disruption affecting your customer, the gap it opens, and the future your venture exists to help create — moving from vague disruption language to specific opportunity logic.

Week 02

The Entrepreneur Behind the Venture

The four-quadrant diagnostic — mechanics, structure, motivation, culture — paired with the inner game: resistance patterns, projections in business relationships, and the 90-day inner practice that will support the rest of the crossing.

Week 03

Vision, Values & the Problem

First, align the venture: vision, mission, values as decision rules, and your non-negotiables. Then turn that clarity outward — who you serve, the problem you solve, why it's urgent, and the outcome you create.

Week 04

Readiness Before Access

Turn clarity into a testable model. Build a Lean Canvas as a map of assumptions, design your elevator pitch and conversation openers, assess legal and structural readiness for cross-border growth, and choose a funding path that fits the venture — not just the prestige.

Week 05

U.S. Market Ready

The terrain itself. Structured customer discovery to validate assumptions before you sell, cultural readiness and trust-based market entry, and choosing your U.S. beachhead — because the U.S. is not one market, but many.

Week 06

Community as Infrastructure

Entrepreneur → Venture → Community → Bridge. Map the ecosystem around your venture, find the missing bridges, and learn to facilitate a "campfire" — a portable community-of-practice you can run anywhere. Plus relationship-based sales and strategic introductions.

Week 07

Attention Commons & Knowledge Flows

Where coordination energy gathers and how knowledge actually moves through an ecosystem — and how to position your venture inside those flows rather than shouting from outside them.

Week 08 — Arrival

Capstone: Venture Readiness Portfolio

Synthesize the whole crossing into one coherent portfolio and present a grounded 90-day market activation plan. Knowledge without movement changes nothing — the next 90 days matter more than theoretical clarity.
